• Our Aussie Mammal products are open for a limited time with an expected dispatch time of March-April 2026.

• This is a separate production run scheduled after the 2025 Advent Calendar is fulfilled. Restocking these mammals as part of the Advent Calendar Collection would have delayed Advent orders, which we weren’t willing to do. This compromise allows us to offer these designs again without delaying Advent orders.

• Items purchased with an Aussie Mammal Preorder product will be sent together when the order is ready. We cannot split orders.

• This collection uses standard shipping rates.

• You can request your order to be merged with your existing Advent Calendar order, but this will naturally delay the original dispatch time of your Advent items.

• You can use discount codes on this collection.

• Production begins once all orders from the 2025 Advent Calendar Collection have been dispatched, with shipping estimated to occur throughout March and April 2026.

• This collection is subject to standard shipping rates:

• All prices listed in our policies and FAQs are AUD
• Standard shipping in Australia: $10 (+$4 for Signature on Delivery)
• Express shipping in Australia: $14 (+$4 for Signature on Delivery)
• International shipping: Varies with location (+$5.50 for Signature on Delivery). Express option available
• FREE standard shipping in Australia & New Zealand for orders over $150 AUD (Can upgrade to express for $4)
• FREE international shipping for orders over $200 AUD

Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express shipping is ultimately a faster method of shipping but does not guarantee faster dispatch.

EU customers please note: You will be responsible for VAT customs fees on arrival.

All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. We highly recommend choosing a 'Signature on Delivery' option for maximum security. If you have made a significant purchase and would like to insure the parcel, please contact us as soon as you place your order, if not earlier. Insurance costs will be your own responsibility. We ship to the address listed by you when you place your order. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item due to incorrect details. If you realise you have made a mistake and need to change your address, contact us ASAP, and we'll gladly change it for you if we haven't sent it out yet.
