✧ Acrylic and laser-cut stainless steel, designed in a unique shape to intertwine with the acrylic to hold its shape, without the need for adhesive. The wings are somewhat adjustable, but you do so at your own risk of damaging the earring or not being able to reset the shape.

✧ Due to the nature of individually handmade items, there may be small imperfections present. Though we have taken care to capture the true colours of each pair, colours may vary on different screens.

Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express shipping is ultimately a faster method of shipping but does not guarantee faster dispatch.

All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. We highly recommend choosing a 'Signature on Delivery' option for maximum security. If you have made a significant purchase and would like to insure the parcel, please contact us as soon as you place your order, if not earlier. Insurance costs will be your own responsibility. We ship to the address listed by you when you place your order. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item due to incorrect details. If you realise you have made a mistake and need to change your address, contact us ASAP, and we'll gladly change it for you if we haven't sent it out yet.

Our Elemental designs are a unique hybrid of acrylic and metal pieces.

The Phoenix and The Guardian - Acrylic with polished laser-cut gold-plated stainless steel.

The Siren and The Muse - Acrylic with polished laser-cut 304 stainless steel. Naturally hypoallergenic, strong, and tarnish and corrosion resistant.

Your jewellery is safe to get wet for brief periods, but to keep them in optimal condition, keep them nice and dry. Each pair comes with a microfibre polishing cloth to keep the metal shiny and free from fingerprints. If needed, clean with warm water and mild soap. The clear protective coat on the brass will last a lifetime if cared for well, making sure your piece doesn't discolour or tarnish.

Treat these beauties with care, with gentleness, and store them in their box to keep them in pristine condition. The metal components are laser cut from 0.5mm sheet metal, so with force, these pieces can bend (that's how they're attached in most cases!). Be mindful to pick your earrings up by the hoop or by the acrylic components to avoid the risk of bending the metal. Naturally, they can be bent back into place, or you can even rearrange the wings and antlers as you please!
