  • Express shipping in Australia: $14 (+$4 for Signature on Delivery)

  • FREE standard shipping in Australia & New Zealand for orders over $150 AUD (Can upgrade to express for $4)

Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express shipping is ultimately a faster method of shipping but does not guarantee faster dispatch.

EU customers please note: You will be responsible for VAT customs fees on arrival.

All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. We highly recommend choosing a 'Signature on Delivery' option for maximum security. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you.
