- Standard shipping in Australia: $10 (+$4 for Signature on Delivery)
- Express shipping in Australia: $14 (+$4 for Signature on Delivery)
- International shipping: Varies with location (+$5.50 for Signature on Delivery). Express option available
- Free standard shipping in Australia & New Zealand for orders over $150 AUD (Can upgrade to express for $4)
- Free international shipping for orders over $200 AUD
- We do not split shipping - if you order a preorder product with a ready-made product, your order is held until all items are ready to send.
Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express Shipping is ultimately a method of shipping and does not guarantee a faster processing time.
EU customers please note: You will be responsible for VAT customs fees on arrival.
USA customer please note: As per global requirements, we pay all tariffs before shipping.
INT customers please note: There may be customs fees that you are responsible for upon arrival, depending on the value of your parcel and your location. We cannot predict or eliminate these fees. Please check with your local postal service for clarification.
All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. We highly recommend choosing a Signature on Delivery option to ensure your parcel arrives safely. If you have made a significant purchase and would like to insure the parcel, please contact us as soon as you place your order, if not earlier. Insurance costs will be your own responsibility. We ship to the address listed by you when you place your order. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item due to incorrect details. If you realise you have made a mistake and need to change your address, contact us ASAP, and we'll gladly change it for you if we haven't sent it out yet.

I missed out on the mammals the first time because I spent too long thinking about it- I wasn't going to miss out again! These cute koalas were definitely worth the wait during the pre-order sale. As with all Binkabu products they are excellent quality, and make a great conversation starter 😊
These lovely koala earrings are so cute and look so nice on. So pleased I purchased them and have had so many compliments and in particular, people wanting to know where I purchased them. Maddi has outdone herself again. Get a pair you will love them too!
Echidnas?! Yes, please. So so so cute. Love the yellow flower on top. These are my third pair of Australiana… kookaburras, owls, and now the echidnas. They are an incredible gift for overseas friends or to show a little Aussie love to yourself. The posts (not hoops) are most comfortable and durable for me.
My year 7s loved the earrings. Girls wanted to check the weight. Boys were interested in the range for their Mums. Requests for the store address were made, found and saved before the lesson properly began. You have to have the story to go with the product! Love them.
Little Kook's Laugh is truely delightful. I bought it for my new granddaughter. Although I have not seen her to give it to yet, I read it out loud to my my other adult daughter By the end of the story, I had tears in my eyes and she got quite emotional. It is a lovely story with wonderful bright illustrations. It is highly recommended for any parent, grandparent and school. An Aussie Classic in the making.
