Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express Shipping is ultimately a method of shipping and does not guarantee a faster processing time.

EU customers please note: You will be responsible for VAT customs fees on arrival.

USA customer please note: As per global requirements, we pay all tariffs before shipping.

All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you.     About Maddi & Tim

    We love reading to our two little munchkins - Luna and Nova. We also love birds, and are creatives at heart - writing a book just came naturally with BINKABU's evolution.

    We have spent the last few years writing and developing this children's book. It's our first, but hopefully not our last!

    Maddi is the founder of BINKABU and we now run the company as a team, and Little Kook's Laugh is just one step in our mission to 'celebrate birds!'

    We searched far and wide to find an illustrator to match our earring style and found Aliaga Mirguseinov, from Lithuania.
