I received this recently and absolutely love it ๐ฅฐ I have taken it to kindy where I teach and the other teachers are also very impressed!! The language is lovely and we love the pages that describe the birds. The illustrations are divine!! We also love that they look like all of our earrings!! By the way one of my groups is called the Kookaburra group and the other groups are the Lorikeets, Magpies and Tawnies. Congratulations on this wonderful book.

As an animal lover, I always love wearing jewelry that represents the creatures we share the planet with. When it comes to pigeons, people always criticize them without realizing there was a pigeon that was in the military back in the day and is in a museum for saving people at war...forgot the name of the pigeon lol however I absolutely love the intricate and color details of this piece and it matches with my closet wear. Normally have black and Grey's and it fits gorgeously. Pigeons are unfortunately under-estimated and should also be respected and you creating these beautiful earrings in respect to them, I gotta give it to you โค๏ธthank you I think they're adorable ๐ฅฐ
