Every BINKABU piece belongs to one of three Editions, which define the materials and production technique of the design.

Signature Hybrids are unique designs that incorporate both acrylic and polished metal components, often threaded together without adhesive.

Our other Editions are Refined Metals (metal only jewellery) and Original Acrylics (acrylic only jewellery)

• We do not split shipping - if you order a preorder product with a ready-made product, your order is held until all items are ready to send.

Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express Shipping is ultimately a method of shipping and does not guarantee a faster processing time.

EU customers please note: You will be responsible for VAT customs fees on arrival.

USA customer please note: As per global requirements, we pay all tariffs before shipping.

INT customers please note: There may be customs fees that you are responsible for upon arrival, depending on the value of your parcel and your location. We cannot predict or eliminate these fees. Please check with your local postal service for clarification.

All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. We highly recommend choosing a Signature on Delivery option to ensure your parcel arrives safely. If you have made a significant purchase and would like to insure the parcel, please contact us as soon as you place your order, if not earlier. Insurance costs will be your own responsibility. We ship to the address listed by you when you place your order. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item due to incorrect details. If you realise you have made a mistake and need to change your address, contact us ASAP, and we'll gladly change it for you if we haven't sent it out yet.

Signature Hybrid Editions are where BINKABU’s design language comes fully into focus. Combining metal and acrylic in distinctive constructions, this Edition explores contrast — weight and lightness, softness and strength, colour and form.

Designed to feel expressive and intentional, this piece is unmistakably BINKABU: recognisable, refined, and difficult to replicate. They are made with care and precision from laser-cut 18k gold-plated stainless steel or laser-cut 304 stainless steel, combined with laser-cut acrylic.

These are threaded together without the use of adhesive. It is normal for the metal components to have some movement to them.

We have used hypoallergenic thick surgical stainless steel hoops (with or without gold-plating, depending on your item) - great for sensitive ears!

Your jewellery is safe to get wet for brief periods, but to keep them in optimal condition, keep them nice and dry. Each pair comes with a microfibre polishing cloth to keep the metal shiny and free from fingerprints. If needed, clean with warm water and mild soap.

Treat these beauties with care, with gentleness, and store them in their box to keep them in pristine condition. The metal components are laser cut from 0.7mm sheet metal, so with force, these pieces can bend. Be mindful to pick your earrings up by the hoop to avoid the risk of bending the metal.
