- We do not split shipping - if you order a preorder product with a ready-made product, your order is held until all items are ready to send.
Processing time on orders will vary, but in general please allow 2-5 days for us to ship your items after your order is received. We strive to get your express orders out as soon as we can but we can't guarantee next-day dispatch. Express Shipping is ultimately a method of shipping and does not guarantee a faster processing time.
EU customers please note: You will be responsible for VAT customs fees on arrival.
USA customer please note: As per global requirements, we pay all tariffs before shipping.
INT customers please note: There may be customs fees that you are responsible for upon arrival, depending on the value of your parcel and your location. We cannot predict or eliminate these fees. Please check with your local postal service for clarification.
All items are shipped through Australia Post. We do not take any responsibility for your parcel once it has left our hands, and therefore cannot take responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped which will allow you to follow its journey. We highly recommend choosing a Signature on Delivery option to ensure your parcel arrives safely. If you have made a significant purchase and would like to insure the parcel, please contact us as soon as you place your order, if not earlier. Insurance costs will be your own responsibility. We ship to the address listed by you when you place your order. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you for an updated address to resend it to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping an item due to incorrect details. If you realise you have made a mistake and need to change your address, contact us ASAP, and we'll gladly change it for you if we haven't sent it out yet.

Hey Wild Thing, Maddi here! As the founder and designer at BINKABU, I'd like to thank you so much for having a peek around our flock. If it helps you shop with confidence, below are a few FAQs about our products that might help you say yes to your perfect piece.
Yes, absolutely. The hoops and posts are always made with surgical stainless steel, a hypoallergenic material, as a minimum. The 18k gold-plating is also hypoallergenic, and in some cases we can offer sterling silver posts.
We sure do! We also offer free international shipping for orders over $200 AUD.
Materials
Our products are all handmade in our Brisbane workshop, with metal components handmade by our metalwork jeweller partners.
We process all of our acrylic elements in-house, from laser cutting, UV printing, painting, to assembly.
Metal components are designed and prototyped in-house on our power-house fibre laser, then produced with our jeweller partners in Shanghai to provide the 18k gold finish option. We assemble and package each design in-house.
All BINKABU designs are original works created in our studio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing (processing = the time it takes to get your order ready for post. Shipping times are additional to our processing times).
We generally aim for a 2-day turnaround, but during busy periods this is not possible.
Shipping times will vary based on where you live - you can track your order through Australia Post. We have provided estimates from Australia Post with each shipping option, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.

I purchased two childrens books from Binkabu for my grandsons as Easter gifts. We read them over the weekend. Little Kook’s Laugh and Little Lori’s Colours are two of the most delightful books I have ever had the privilege of reading to my grandsons. They arrived packaged with so much care wrapped in tissue paper and a colourful cardboard box, and I could see before I opened them they were going to be of a high standard. I was not disappointed. The books are exceptional! The stories, the pictures, the characters, the layout, everything was truly perfect! Except for one thing….my oldest grandson kept turning the last page looking for more pages and asking for more 😂clearly it wasn’t long enough! We love books in our family and I was so proud to be able to purchase these books from a Brisbane based company, which were, without a doubt, two of the best books I have ever gifted my children or their children.
